Diabetics doctors often advised to delete from sucrose diet. However, in recent years the importance of this traditional recommendation was questioned physicians, which suggests that moderate amount of sugar on the contrary safely learned organism patients with type II diabetes.
A study conducted by British experts in London hospital Hammersmith, showed that daily consumption of sucrose in the form of carrot cake - equivalent 18 teaspoons of sugar, does not lead to any negative changes in cholesterol and glucose levels in blood.
A moderate amount of sugar not harmful hormone insulin sensitivity and do not increase the weight of people with diabetes, say experts. In their view, the inclusion of sucrose in the regular diet helps diabetics lowering the accumulation of fats. Besides, as the results of analyses, sucrose does not cause a large increase in glucose in the blood - it quickly and evenly distributed in the body.
